Fit Paddling : a real 360° workout

Fit Paddling ® is an innovative discipline based on the principles of proprioceptivity, with specific exercises inspired by fitness and by paddling movement. All the exercises take place on a floating board: the Fitness Board.

The exercise performed in constant proprioceptivity involves all the muscles during every phases of the movement, improving strength and endurance, plus balance, coordination and posture.

Also, the exercises on the Fitness Board are 100% “low impact”, avoiding muscular and articular overweight. This particular aspect makes Fit Paddling ® suitable for rehabilitation too.
